My first time here was very great! I am very impressed and happy with the care I received from this urgent care . I wasn’t there longer than I needed to be , I felt as if the staff was the friendliest especially the assistant and the doctor that I saw . Both sweet women for sure. Very informative and not overbearing with the recommendations. I am happy I came when I came .

Dr. Janga is a wonderful doctor. She is very personable and she showed so much attention to detail with the care and evaluation of my daughter.

This was my first visit to this urgent care, and I truly appreciated the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The doctors were experienced, patient, and explained everything clearly.

I had very little wait time, the facility was clean and well-equipped with on-site X-ray, and the overall process was smooth and stress-free. The charges were fair and reasonable.

I left feeling reassured and satisfied with the experience. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone in need.

We visited this urgent care for the first time, and I’m extremely grateful for the excellent and compassionate care my son received from experienced doctors, the friendly and professional staff, minimal wait time, clear communication, clean and well-equipped facility with on-site X-ray, fair standard urgent-care charges, and overall smooth experience, and I would highly recommend this place.

I recently visited Dr. Janga at GP urgent care and had an excellent experience. She was very professional, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. With over 25 years of experience, her knowledge and expertise really show. I felt heard, understood, and well taken care of. She did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Dr. Janga!

I had to bring my grandson in for a fiver. They were fast and friendly. Took great care of us. I will definitely be using this location in the future.

They were so nice!! I had a cut on my left hand and they were able to glue it back together and wrap it!!! It wasn't that bad, but they let me get some antibiotics. They're really nice, will tell you the pricing (if you dont have insurance), and help with letting you know what you should do next. I recommend them and I'll be going back if something else happens to me at work!

My mom was sick with flu-like symptoms and coughing and with her COPD I was worried about it all settling in her chest. Her primary care doctor could not get her scheduled in and said to go to the ER. The BS&W ER hospital around the corner from us was packed with people with long wait-times. I remembered seeing this Urgent care in this shopping center. I thought, well, this is all we have now, let's just go for it and hope for the best. I called to check on the wait time and they said they had just slowed-up with walk-ins so I hurried and got her there. They were surprisingly friendly with check-in and quickly got us back to see the doctor. It reminded me of a mini CareNow clinic. The nurse that checked her vitals was just darling and brought Mom a bottle of water. Who does that? Not any medical place I've been to!!!! The doctor was so sweet and patient going through all Mom's symptoms and her current meds and actually looked at us both when we conversed and listened. We were in and out and I was able to get back to my job. This is the place I will be coming to every time we need urgent medical care because getting in to see our regular doctors is most of the time impossible!!! I am bad at remembering names so I apologize for not being able to address the doctor and nurse directly in this post. Thank you for your kindness!

The provider dr Anita was awesome gave me options and information on everything I had going on and the nurse Jamie was fast with the steroid shot and made sure I didn’t pass out as I tend to pass out with shots 😂 overall the wait time was very minimal they got me in and out and listened to everything I had going on. So glad I came here and the prices are not bad at all

I was here for Physical Check Up and also my Daughter was not feeling ok. And the staff and Doctor they help us a lot, they were so kind. It was a quick appointment.
I am so grateful with this place.

From the time I walked in, I was greeted within 5 seconds. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and the nurse that took my vitals had a very calming and friendly vibe about her. She definitely put me at ease. The doctor was patient and took the time to listen to my concerns and then broke it all down for and answered all my questions. Now I have a better understanding of what I need to do. I visited this clinic on 6/22/2024 at 12:00 pm.

I went for my yearly physical and it was a very pleasant experience ! All my wishes were respected . I did not have to do anything that made me uncomfortable . My body my choice . The doctor was understanding and worked with me . I was treated with dignity and respect ! I plan on going again next year to check on my doctor !

My visit was amazing. I was hesitant to go because I had visions of waiting in line for hours. I was serviced immediately. Staff and doctor were courteous and efficient.
If I need urgent care in the future will definitely return!

My sister and I took our mom here because of a nagging cough and chills. The staff (Shmaya) were so kind, patient, and yet professional. Dr. Sobha had great bedside manners, was caring, and she took the time to teach her assists the difference of a regular heartbeat & a heart murmur. All around great experience.

We came to GP Urgent Care for a physical. It was a great experience-comfortable, pleasant, positive, and very friendly. Dr. Joseph and Lakendra were very kind, courteous, and professional. They made sure to make their patient feel comfortable and talked to them through the process. It was genuinely the most pleasant experience we’ve had in a doctor’s office. We’ll take the time to drive over here next time!

Extremely pleased with my visit to this Urgent Care location. I was a little nervous coming in, but Aubrey and Suresh made me feel right at home. My visit was gentle and quick. Aubrey is such a nice woman and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. I highly recommend this location. Truly satisfied.

This was my first experience with the Grand Prairie Urgent Care. I was very pleased with the service I received. I was greeted very pleasantly by the receptionist Lakendra who was both friendly and professional. I was then led into the exam room where the medical assistant Diamond very efficiently took my vitals and very patiently answered all of my questions. I was seen by Dr. Joseph who was very thorough and also patiently answered all of the questions I had. I appreciated the knowledge Dr. Joseph shared and especially appreciated the prayer he prayed. I am so happy we went to Grand Prairie Urgent Care! The staff was so kind and caring. The physician listened to us, had compassion and did her up most to diagnose the health issue. She went over and beyond expectations. She treated us like family. My husband has finally got some relief, which means I also got some relief. I would highly recommend this clinic. Front desk: Pricilla was very soft spoken and kind checked in quickly. The MA Lakendra was amazing , she was attentive and very calming. My husband doesn’t like shots or needles of any kind. She gave him a shot and drew blood. He was amazed at how easy it was. He said he has never felt no sting or poke. He loved her. The DR was Joseph, he was willing to listen and work with my husband to find the best treatment my husband was comfortable with.
I highly recommend this location, especially if you are a little nervous around medical offices.

amazing staff and i had a great first visit! i spoke to lakendra over the phone prior to coming in and she was so sweet and very helpful. taphina took my vitals and was a very conversational lady that made me feel comfortable! jospeh was great as well! they seem to care for their patients. i only have good things to say 🙂

Second time here and I have to say the staff is the best. They get you in, listen to you, and get you what you need before sending you home. LaKendra is attentive and cares about her patients. The wait is minimal, so worth the trip if you're short on time.

This was the best experience I have had with a clinic. Everyone on their staff is amazing. Joseph, Ariel and Lakendra especially. I couldn't ask for more. They were so kind to my mom with her broken wrist, and we left feeling good. I highly recommend them. Our Dr , Joseph Courage, was the nicest , most caring Dr ever!!!!

What an incredible experience for me and my son. Joseph was excellent. He was thoughtful and responsive to our questions. Lakendra, Ajuna, and Ariel were wonderful to work with for getting there and having everything we needed. I may drive an hour to visit them if I’m ever in need because it was literally the best experience I’ve had with a clinic!

My experience was great. Lakendra was awesome and made the experience absolutely amazing. I was comfortable immediately, and felt like I was in good hands. The staff was knowledgeable and thorough. Dr. J was cool, great bedside manner and thorough. She showed a sense of empathy which I haven’t felt from a doc in a while. Overall I would recommend if you’re looking for a Urgent Care.

My first time going here with one 2 yr old daughter. The staff was very polight and patient. I interacted with Jaeda, Anel and Joseph NP. They office was clean not very busy. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and understanding. He communicated with my daughter well which made it much easier. They don’t get many children as it is not a pediatric office but they still accepted her and if they were not 100% sure about something like dosage due to age they went back and took the time to get the correct answers for me. They actually prescribed her medications that helped and helped to prevent illness. With all this it was not a very long drawn out visit but it was not rushed. I would definitely go back and see them again! Wonderful job!

Absolutely loved the patient care here! Dr Joseph was so accommodating and helped me and my boyfriend out after we been given the run around from different providers. Very professional and gave us the help we needed. Will definitely be going back there whenever we need to be heard and cared for !

I was praying for an Urgent Care Center on my way home from work. I was in an area I am not familiar with because I just started a new job. I had been sick over a week and was getting worse. I saw this place right after I prayed and pulled in. There was no wait. The staff were so kind. They made me feel so comfortable. The doctor took his time during my visit. I did not feel rushed. The thing that put this place over the top for me personally, was when the doctor asked if he could pray for me before I left. Not only did he provide for my medical needs but he also prayed for my healing. I knew God had led me to this place and He gets all the glory! If you want to go where you are made to feel welcome, by people who love and serve the Lord, this is the right place. I am on the mend now thanks to the care I received and people praying for me!

I came in as a walk in appt for some ear issues, and had a great visit! My issues were resolved, and they got me in pretty quickly. Aubrey and Lakendra were super sweet and helpful, and Dr. Joseph was informative, and got my issues fixed.

I came in for a regular sinus infection, and the Ms. Kendra and Dr. Janga were so professional and helpful. They were really well spoken and went above and beyond to make sure my visit was as comfortable as possible. Both of them answered every question I had and had a great attitude the whole process. Definitely will be returning for any other medical problems or procedures.

I came to this clinic after having a terrible anxiety attack with cardiac symptoms. Lakendra, Joseph, and Aubrey were absolutely fantastic! I was a hard stick, but they were very patient in getting all the blood that they needed and they were very gentle with me. Joseph took the time to talk to me about stress and prioritizing things, and he was very graceful and supportive. Words cannot express how grateful I am for my three angels.

I have been to this urgent care a few times and every time has been an amazing experience. The place is clean and organized. They take patient safety very seriously. I was seen by Joseph (NP) and Lakendra and Ariel (RMAs) they made every part of my visit comfortable, well informed, and the best experience I have had at an urgent care! Thank you all so much!

The front staff was pleasant and patient. The Physician had great bed side manner & thorough. The medical assistant Ariel was so sweet and personable. Pretty attitude to match her face. Overall the staff was efficient and got me in and out quickly. I didn’t feel rushed or like they were too busy. Very reasonably priced if you are self pay. I drove 20 mins to come to this location and it will not be my preferred urgent care should I ever need to come back again. Thank you for great service it’s appreciated and goes a long way.

I accidentally ended up at this location but I am glad I did. My experience starting with Jaeda, the nurse and the provider was absolutely amazing. They were thorough and did not rush. If I need medical services again, I will definitely come here. Also, for it to be a high traffic area, the clinic was VERY clean, not overbearing with scents and quiet. Thank you for taking great care of me. Great job Jaeda!! 🙂
