I have been going to this Urgent Care for years. I am glad that they allow me to continue be a primary patient instead of just a one time drop in. They are efficient and take the time to really listen to what I have to say. I also think they are probably the safest Dr. office in Grand Prairie.

The best urgent care you can go to. I have been to a handful of urgent cares and none seem to care as much as Grand Prairie urgent care. From the start of our visit the front receptionist opened the door for me and my family and checked us in right away. He was kind and very sweet to my child. There was no wait for us to get a room. When we got into the room The Physician Trevor was very knowledgeable about my child’s condition. He told us everything he could and you can tell he is passionate about his job and caring for patients.. the next day I received a call from a staff member who was checking in to see how my child was. No urgent care has ever called for a follow up. This urgent care actually cares!

They saw me at the appointment time, so I didn’t have to wait, except for a short time in the exam room. The nurse practitioner was efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable.
